Walk the Moon will headline this year's Band Together NC Main Eventconcert in June, organizers announced Thursday.
The pop rock band will perform at Red Hat Amphitheater in downtown Raleigh on June 23. The Cincinnati band burst onto Top 40 radio in 2014 with its hit "Shut Up and Dance." Their most recent single "One Foot" topped Billboard's alternative songs chart earlier this year.

Proceeds from the show will benefit Band Together's nonprofit partner, Triangle Family Services.
Previous Band Together Main Event headliners have included the B-52s, Hall and Oates, Ben Folds and Trampled by Turtles. The group has raised more than $8 million for its nonprofit partners since 2001.
