Thanks for pointing it out that Walgreens doesnt participante with SS...for some reason I was thinking I was reading the CVS deals. Grrrr...sorry everyone!

Bummers Faye :( I picked up just two dozen today, hanging on to the second coupon in case HT does an egg deal this week - then I'll get the other two as the coupon will double there.

Well, I was at my Walgreens by 11 am this morning hoping to score the .99 eggs with the .55/2 coupon. Alas, they had none. When I requested my raincheck at the register, I was told that the ones they had on the shelf earlier had all expired and they didn't have any others in stock and wouldn't be getting any for a couple days.....

This was the 40/42 Walgreens in case you are heading there expecting to find the eggs. :-(

I would love to learn that I'm wrong about this, but I don't think Walgreens participates in SavingStar.

This doesn't help right now, but I found the 100 ct Ziploc sandwich bags on sale two weeks ago at HT for $3.49 x 6 boxes = $20.94 (to qualify for SavingStar offer) - (3) $0.75/2 MQs - $5 SStar credit = $11.44 ($0.02 each baggie). Not sure if that was a great price, but we were out and it seemed like the best deal at the time.

Walgreens is not part of the Savingstar program, which is unfortunate.

I can't seem to find where to link my walgreens card to SavingStar?

  • nakabi Apr 11, 2014

The ziploc deal is even better when you use the Savingstar deal
