The program is scheduled for 10 a.m. to noon, March 26, at WakeMed Cary Hospital. A lactation consultant will host the program.

- Breastfeeding for the first year
- American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines to introducing solids
- Food textures
- Choke hazards
- Choking maneuver
- Identifying allergies
- Making baby food
- Feeding challenges
