As many of you know, the Wake County Board of Education is seeking a new superintendent.

And as part of that search, the board is seeking input from the public about what qualities they'd like to see in the next leader of the system, the 18th largest in the country. The five-question survey asks people to write about the good things about the schools, along with what characteristics they'd like to see in a new school leader.
