SAMCRO4ever: If you weren't there, you don't know anything for a FACT. If you were there, I can see why you'd want to sway opinions...

for all those thinking this situation is "sick" and they deserve all this punishment please understand something I know for a FACT. That they were wrongly accused. These girls re NT mentally disabled. They were drunk and using drugs. And this situation being reported is FAR from the truth.

Not sure why My comment isn't getting approved... Maybe it's because I'm including the suspects name in my comment..? All i said was

"@Danyelle732, yes Saddam Abdul-Galil Algumai is a sick man"

Maybe they don't like me quoting his name Saddam Abdul-Galil Algumai..

Anyways.. I also submitted another comment saying to goto the N&O because they have slightly more details and how their were 3 suspects involved... Where they met these two mentally disabled teenage girls.

"There is something seriously wrong with some people. I pray that he is given the maximum sentence possible for his crime!"

Couldn't have said it better myself.

I wish WRAL would define the terms "mentally incapacitated" & "mentally disabled" used in the story. Does that mean one is brain damaged and the other is a slow thinker? What is the difference, and what IQ range or functioning level is each? I get the impression these two females were in a group home or other care?
