Monday123 posted "Also Jones Dairy is Wake County Sheriffs department and not Wake Forest Police Departments jurisdiction."

Now that makes more sense. Thank GOD this wasn't Wake Forest Police jurisdiction!

She's a woman. It will be a slap on the wrist. Now if this was a male teacher he would be made to look like Ted Bundy.

Bails, bonds and sentencing needs to be standardized from coast to coast with no excuses for who someone is or who they know or who they commit a crime against.

I agree and it should be a balance and equal basis.

I don't know if it's corrupt or not, but it sure isn't working.

    God bless.

"Schuessler was in the Wake County jail Monday afternoon under a $6 million bond."

Ok, a man just did this yesterday and only got $75,000 bond. How is that fair???

    sheesh

The bond for any child offense should never be less than $1M...never, for anyone of any gender.

    God bless.

Absolutely. The law itself is corrupt and needs fixing.

Let her sentence be working on a dude ranch to pay restitution to the kids and Legal cost.

Can't say it is not a job she could not do.

Why did not she just go to a club and take a man or two home?

"$6 million dollars? And this guy who tried to kill a cop gets $500,000?"

What about the mother who sold her 5 year old daughter into prostitution to pay off a drug debt? What about the guy who raped and murdered said little girl? Neither of them got such a high bail, and the 'mother' is actually out free, awaiting her trial.

    Odd world we live in.

Too bad that we don't see these bond amounts for the repeat violent criminals.

Like tneast said, when I was that age, all it took was a good breeze to get me going, and I would not have said no.
