Raleigh, N.C. — Volunteers at Oakwood Cemetery in Raleigh decorated 33 graves of military veterans Saturday with holiday wreaths, part of the national Wreaths Across America effort.
More than 400,000 wreaths, specially designed for each branch of the Armed services, were placed simultaneously at over 750 locations all across the country.
