Coastal counties expect more rain Monday

Water and sand that swamped low-lying areas, including the vital north-south N.C. Highway 12 and dozens of other thoroughfares, over the weekend receded Monday, but another high tide is expected by mid-afternoon and thunderstorms are in the forecast.
