NAACP talks about voting, same-day registration

The North Carolina NAACP holds a news conference on Oct. 9, 2014, about the decision handed down by the U.S. Supreme Court. The court decided same-day registration won't be allowed during early voting in North Carolina and Election Day ballots cast in the wrong precinct won't be counted this fall.
