Charlotte City Council speaks on mayor's arrest

Officials from the City of Charlotte hold a news conference explaining the resignation of Mayor Patrick Cannon, who was arrested Wednesday and accused of taking more than $48,000 in bribes from undercover FBI agents posing as businessmen who wanted to do work with the state's largest city.
