Some North Carolina lawmakers want to allow people to carry concealed weapons on certain college campuses across the state. Rep. Kyle Hall, R-Rockingham, filed a bill Thursday that, if passed, would make it legal for people to carry concealed weapons on any of the 17 University of North Carolina campuses.
