California officers find, capture Tennessee teacher, student

The missing Tennessee teenager and the teacher, who is accused of kidnapping her, have both been found and captured by California law enforcement officers. Authorities confirm that former teacher, Tad Cummins, was arrested in Siskiyou County, California. 15-year-old Elizabeth Thomas was found unharmed and will be returned to her family back in Tennessee.
