Man charged in Durham boy's death to make 1st court appearance
Devon Maurice Fowler, 28, of Junction Road was arrested at an Extended Stay America hotel on Bluestone Drive in Raleigh and charged with murder and felony conspiracy in connection Kamari Munerlyn's shooting death. Fowler is expected to make a first court appearance Wednesday morning.
