Bragg officials planning safe, fun Fourth of July celebration

Preparations were underway Friday as Fort Bragg prepares to welcome as many as 60,000 people for its Fourth of July celebration. Military leaders don't often to discuss on-post security measures, but they said Friday that they're aware of the ISIS threat of attacks over the holiday weekend.
