Raleigh police link man to 8 crimes

Raleigh police made an arrest Friday night in connection with a recent string of robberies in north Raleigh and Wake County. Authorities filed 23 charges against 28-year-old Walter Kevin Johnson, connecting him with eight crimes over a two-week period.
