Mayor: Raleigh police 'owned their mistakes' in riot response

Raleigh Mayor Mary-Ann Baldwin said the police department has been attacked from all sides over how officers handled protests and riots in the wake of George Floyd's death. She credited the department for undergoing an internal review and said people should also wait for the findings of an independent review by an outside consultant.
