JFK Towers' parent company accused of mismanagement of security deposits, taxpayer funds

The deplorable conditions inside of JFK Towers in Durham aren't what's drawn rebuke from the federal government. Instead, it is investigating the building's parent company for mismanagement of tenant security deposits and taxpayer dollars.
