Murder Victims' Families for Reconciliation were at the General Assembly Thursday voicing their opposition to the death penalty.     <br />

On Wednesday, a separate group was at the Legislature lobbying for lawmakers to work to lift the present 'psuedo' moratorium.  A decision on what role a doctor can play in the execution chamber remains in the courts.
