Van's New Snacks

Did you know that May is Celiac Awareness Month? Van's has just introduced some new options for those with gluten sensitivity and they are hosting a super giveaway here on the blog for some free Van's products and Van's swag!

As summer nears, Van's International Foods, maker of delicious whole grain waffles, cereals and snacks, introduces wholesome new gluten-free treats that are sure to satisfy the kid in everyone. You'll find new flavors of snack bars and granolas.

Van's Simply Delicious® Soft-Baked Whole Grain Granola Clusters in Double Chocolate and Banana Nut are decadent, bite-sized, gluten-free granola clusters. The clusters are soft and chewy, perfect with frozen or Greek yogurt or by the handful when a craving hits. Just as impressive are the nutritional credentials: 12-14 grams of whole grains and 120 calories per serving. Double Chocolate blends real chocolate chips with cocoa, coconut and pecans for a tempting alternative to a chocolate bar that's so delicious kids won't even know it's whole grain. Banana Nut brings together real banana flavor with pecan, walnut and almond pieces. It's like banana bread, but by the handful. Both new granolas are as simply made as they are delicious, with no high fructose corn syrup, artificial ingredients, hydrogenated oils or GMO oils.

Van's Simply Delicious® Banana Bread Whole Grain Snack Bars and Chocolate Gramwich Sandwich Bars are also new to the Van's product line. Chocolate Gramwich Sandwich Bars are made with real chocolate sandwiched between two whole-grain, graham-style bars. Banana Bread Bars blend bananas with gluten-free oats and flaxseed to create a tasty and portable version of banana bread that's wholesome enough to enjoy as part of breakfast. Van's new snack bars provide 10 grams of whole grains, are under 200 calories per serving and are baked with simple, real and clean ingredients. And, like all of Van's snacks, the new snack bars are certified gluten-free by the Gluten Free Certification Organization.
