Van hits utility pole, closing Durham street
LaSalle Street in Durham was closed Sunday morning after a van struck a utility pole and then fled the scene, police said.

Drivers are asked to avoid LaSalle Street, between Hillsborough Road and Duke Manor Apartments, until 2 p.m.
The driver of the van has not been found.
No one was injured.
