Couponing 101 class at the Central Carolina Small Business

EXPO in Sanford

food items to benefit a local outreach agency

This 45 minute class is a solid introduction to couponing. I will

mainly be covering the basics of couponing and store coupon

policies. I will very briefly discuss drug store promotions and

meal planning.

perishable items to donate to the Food Bank of Central and

* Decipher the drug store reward programs

* Develop an easy to follow weekly meal plan
