CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — The baby blue University of North Carolina logo will no longer be featured on items at Victoria’s Secret.

UNC officials have decided not to renew the university’s contract with the lingerie vendor, which includes the UNC logo in their Pink Collegiate line of apparel.

“The University has decided not to continue the arrangement that licensed the Carolina logo for use on Victoria's Secret Pink line. We anticipate that the product currently available in some stores and online will be sold out this fall. After that, the licensing agreement will not be renewed,” Nancy Davis, associate vice chancellor for university relations, said in a statement Tuesday.

Thirty-one other universities are involved in the Pink Collegiate line, which includes tote bags, t-shirts, hoodies, sweat pants, blankets, pillows, underwear and stadium jackets.
