Charles Love Talmadge

— A 21-year-old student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill was arrested late Friday after campus police said they found him naked and acting erratically on the third floor of his dorm.

Charles Love Talmadge, of Charlotte, faces charges of breaking and entering, resist, obstruct delay of arrest, assault on law enforcement officers, vandalism, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Authorities arrested Talmadge while responding to a report of sexual assault at his dorm, Lewis Residence Hall on Raleigh Road, around 11:15 p.m.

Officers had to use a stun gun to subdue Talmadge, an information science major, police said.

Police are still investigating the sexual assault report.

That's a great question. Maybe it was held to his body somewhere with a rubber band.

Duke wins again! Our 'sex issue' is a decent looking girl. UNC's? Wellllll, at least his mommy loves him!!! But on a more serious note, dry the boy out and get him some help so he can laugh with us later at this incident.

Campus police went out on a sexual assault call...collared the suspect on 7 charges...and are still looking into the sexual assault complaint? Hopefully the university is not juking the stats on sexual assaults here, like they've been accused of in the past, sweeping the sexual crimes under the rug to protect their image.

Being naked in a college dorm....isnt that the norm these days?

I want to know how a naked guy is in possession of drugs and "stuff".

Hopefully this son of Georgia scions hasn't wrecked hope. The high & mighty have children and send them to university for an education. Making peace with drugs caused this.
