UNC Chapel Hill ranked #1 best value

Kiplinger just ranked UNC Chapel Hill the #1 best value for public colleges and universities...again. For the tenth time, the university has been ranked at the top because of a number of factors including the school's student-faculty ratio, its admission rate, the four-year graduation rate and the total cost of attendance with or without financial aid.
