RALEIGH, N.C. — Uber will be offering kitten deliveries Thursday as part of a fundraiser for animal charities across the country.

Local proceeds will benefit SPCA of Wake County.

Want a kitten to come visit you? Here's the scoop:

  • Open your Uber app between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Availability is limited so you want to book your kitten-visit early.
  • Request the “KITTENS” option in your app.
  • There is a $30 snuggle fee for the kittens to visit.
  • Once the kittens arrive, you and your friends will get 15 minutes of time with the kittens. Make sure the space is enclosed because we don't want any kittens making a run for it.

In many cities the kittens are available for adoption, so consider adopting. Previous UberKittens events have helped more than 30 kittens find their forever homes.
