print friendly

Police are looking for two men in connection with an armed robbery at a Durham convenience store Wednesday night.

Officers were called to Triangle Mini Mart, at 4003 Fayetteville St. at 9:49 p.m., after the men, who were wearing blue and white bandanas over their faces, robbed the store and fled in a light silver or gray Mitsubishi sedan.

Descriptions of the men were vague.

One was 6 feet to 6 feet 2 inches tall. He weighted 170 to 180 pounds and wore a dark hooded sweatshirt.

The other man was 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 11 inches tall and wore a gray and black hooded sweatshirt.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to contact the Durham Police Department at 919-560-4415, extension 29306, or Crime Stoppers at 919-683-1200.

Crime Stoppers pays cash rewards for information leading to arrests in felony cases, and callers never have to identify themselves.
