— Two teens have been charged with stealing $900 in property from a church in the Rosewood community, the Wayne County Sheriff's Office said Tuesday.

Milton Ray Atkinson, 19, and a 16-year-old were each charged with breaking and entering a place of worship, larceny after breaking and entering and possession of stolen goods.

    So do democrats...

Liberalism is the root cause of this. Take Bible's out the school and these kids probably didn't even know it was a church, because they don't know what a church is.

I think the punishment should be that they be required to attend church services each Sunday for a year, including Sunday school. If they get nothing out of it, it will be a much worse punishment than mowing the yard or picking up trash. If they get something out of it, then it's much much better than just mowing the grass.

I think their punishment should be to mow the church yard grass for a year. Simple punishment.

    Can't disagree with that.

So far nobody has asked the $64,000 question.

Do the families that these kids belong to, also belong to that particular church?

A year or two of good hard labor for each of these miscreants should do the trick.

Robbing a church is pretty low.
