— Raleigh police are looking for two men in connection with two recent armed robberies and an attempted armed robbery at local businesses.

The three crimes happened within two hours late Thursday and early Friday, and in each case, a handgun was involved, investigators said.

The men attempted to rob America's Best Value Inn, at 3401 Capital Blvd., at 11:08 p.m., police said.

About 4 miles away, Microtel Inn, at 1209 Plainview Drive, was robbed at 11:45 p.m.

Forty-five minutes later, Korner Pocket Bar, at 8508 Capital Blvd., was also robbed, police said.

Police released several images from security cameras of the men, both of whom have thin builds and stand approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall to 5 feet 10 inches tall. One of the men has decayed teeth and was wearing a dark hoodie with a logo on its front. The other was also wearing dark clothing.

Anyone with any information about the crimes or who might recognize either of the men in the images is asked to call Raleigh Crime Stoppers at 919-834-4357.

No. FOLLOW_THE_Money, I have actually worked in the nursing field to include drug rehab centers for over 30 yrs. So nice comment. If you did your research, you would find that chronic meth users end up with "Meth Teeth" which basically means b/c of smoking the drug, it rots teeth.

How can you tell the man who isn't "dark complexioned" has a decayed tooth? I zoomed in on the pictures with my 20/15 vision and couldn't see it? Go figure I guess some people have 20/0 vision lol.

I'll try this again. It shouldn't be long to at least catch the white dude wearing the ecko jacket with all those logos. I hope they get to go spend a lot of time in jail before the holidays.

Still amazes me that businesses have such terrible video footage. They would be better off getting a cellphone and mounting it in the corner and pushing record.
