Two men were shot while siting in a car outside a Durham apartment complex Wednesday evening, police said.

DURHAM, N.C. — Two men were shot while siting in a car outside a Durham apartment complex Wednesday evening, police said.
The men, both in their early 20s, were shot in the back parking lot at Hampton Crossings Apartments, 405 Pilot St., shortly before 6 p.m., police said.
Both victims were transported to Duke University Hospital. An update on their conditions was not available.
More details, including the identities of the victims, haven't been released.
