Two men shot in southeast Raleigh neighborhood

Raleigh, N.C. — A 21-year-old man and 42-year-old man were shot Thursday afternoon in the 3500 block of Marshlane Way, Raleigh police said.
Investigators said Walter Kemone Jones and Cleveland Barbee Jr., both from Raleigh, were taken to WakeMed with non-life-threatening injuries. Jones was shot once in his right leg, and Barbee was shot multiple times in his right leg and lower body.
No charges have been filed in the incident, and an investigation is ongoing.
