Fayetteville, N.C. — Two men were arrested Saturday in the death of a 73-year-old Fayetteville man whose body was found in woods after he was reported missing last month.
Authorities said Joseph Franklin Lamon Davis, 23, and Tracy Channell Williams, 20, surrendered to deputies. The two were arrested and charged with first degree murder, common law robbery and felony conspiracy.
They were each held without bond at the Cumberland County Detention Center. Both are scheduled to appear before a judge on Tuesday.
Samuel Lorenzo Davis, 20, was charged Wednesday and faces the same charges.
Clemasee Guyton was reported missing by family members on April 22 after he didn’t return to his Botany Court home. His body was found in woods along Samuel Drive in Spring Lake last week.
