Police said that emergency officials were called to a car accident on Pennsylvania Avenue that involved gunshot victims at about 2:30 p.m.

Emergency officials said two people with gunshot wounds were taken from the scene to FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital. The injuries were not life-threatening, authorities said.
