Two wounded in Raleigh stabbing

Raleigh, N.C. — Two people were wounded early Sunday following an altercation on Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh. The victims were insulting the suspect, who took out a knife and assaulted them, police said.

One person was stabbed in the stomach and taken to a local hospital. The other was treated at the scene for knife wounds to the leg.

A suspect was taken into custody.

The names and conditions of those was not released.

No other information was available.

Two guys insulting someone? If you mess with the bull sometimes you get the horns. Maybe everyone involved learned something from this.

Its become expected as a daily thing for Raleigh now when you get on WRAL to read of new shootings or stabbings. Durham has even taken a back seat lately to the headlines in Raleigh. Its a shame there is such a surge in crime in NC the last few yrs. Hope these people will recover fully from their injuries.
