Fayetteville, N.C. — Fayetteville police are investigating a shooting that injured two people early Sunday morning.
Police arrived shortly before 2 a.m. at Big Shots Bar & Grill, at 3138 Raeford Road, where they found a man lying in the parking lot with what appeared to be injuries that were not life-threatening.
A second person involved in the shooting was being taken to a local hospital when the vehicle overturned about a mile away on Robeson Street near Village Drive.
Authorities did not say what prompted the shooting.
Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to contact the Fayetteville Police Department at 910-433-1856 or Crime Stoppers at 910-483-8447.
