Two injured in Fayetteville shooting; 18-year-old sought

Fayetteville police were searching Saturday morning for an 18-year-old man wanted in a shooting that sent two people to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville police were searching Saturday morning for an 18-year-old man wanted in a shooting that sent two people to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Investigators say Devoire Donique Trail Nash shot 19-year-old Ketro Lemance Davis and 17-year-old Marques Baldwin at about 2:20 p.m. Friday after an argument escalated outside a home in the 5100 block of Wichita Drive.

Davis and Baldwin were taken to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, where they were listed in good condition early Saturday, police said.

Nash, of 1707 Doyle Court, is charged with two counts of attempted first-degree murder and tw counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.

No other information about the shooting or the argument that preceded it has been released.
