Two in Zebulon charged with robbing pizza delivery driver
Two men from Zebulon were arrested Friday after police say they robbed a pizza delivery driver, according to arrest warrants.
Posted — UpdatedDerek Raphel Plummer Jr., 18, of 1473 Smoky Mountain Drive, and Corderro Jortez Miles, 22, of 500 E. North St., were each charged with one count of robbery with a dangerous weapon and one count of conspiracy to commit robbery.
They were taken to the Wake County courthouse, where Plummer was being held under a $100,000 bond and Miles under a $150,000 bond on Saturday.
Warrants state that Plummer, Miles conspired with two other men, whose names were not released, to rob a Papa John's delivery driver of $65 worth of cash and food. They implied that they had a concealed gun or weapon to threaten the victim.
