Two dead, five injured in shooting at Hope Mills party

Two people were killed and five others were injured in a shooting early Sunday at a Hope Mills party, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office.

HOPE MILLS, N.C. — Two people were killed and five others were injured in a shooting early Sunday at a Hope Mills party, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office.

Tanishia Graham, 32, and Izaak Bridges, 21, were killed in the shooting at the home at 1914 Gumberry Court shortly before 2 a.m. Names of the five people who were injured were not released.

Investigators believe the incident was not a drive-by shooting, but that it happened at the party.

No arrests were made Sunday night.
