— Two local teens have been charged in the robbery of a pizza delivery driver, Garner police said Wednesday.

Rasheed Stewart, 16, of 106 B Stowe Place, and Earl Bridges, 19, of 106 C Stowe Place, were each charged with one count of robbery with a dangerous weapon.

Investigators said the two called in a pizza order to be delivered to 113 Whithorn Drive shortly after 6:30 p.m. Tuesday. When the driver arrived, the home was vacant. Police said the two men robbed the driver of money and the pizza and then left on foot toward Timber Drive.

Officers, with the help of the Wake County Sheriff's Department K-9 unit, were able to track the suspects to Bridges’ residence, police said.

Familymatters - I agree. The wheels of Armageddon are clearly in motion. It started with 9/11 several years back and now we have this pizza heist. Id say 10-15yrs is a conservative estimate.

    Two geniuses....

Also, the fact that people in general are more cynical towards others than they are emphatic is bringing society down overall and will lead to a total collapse of our society within another 15-20 years if that trend is not reversed soon.

    Quit whining-
We end this by preventing teen pregnancy, requiring parenting classes for younger single mothers and by reducing the "stigma" associated with being a single mother receiving govt assistance.

Now, that only applies to the young black single mothers that can't get ahead enough to get their children out of areas that perpetuate these crimes as legitimate sources of income. We need to stop beating these women down and start figuring out ways to actually change the conditions that create the problem in the first place.
I use black women in this example because the boys are black, fair enough..When the poor white redneck trash story comes up I'll use them as the example but it's a little more complicated than this one.

I've also already given my opinion on the white suburban criminal teenagers today on the 4 teens arrested story.
It all comes back to the fact that we, as parents, are failing our children miserably when it comes to teaching them basic human decency and respect

How do we as a society prevent this? I used to think that we should throw the books at kids early in their criminal careers, but now I must be getting soft in my older years, how do we set these kids up for success as compared to failure?

What a couple of geniuses! Their parents??, you mean Grandma that claims he would never hurt a flea that he has lived with since he was 3 and no longer a cute little baby.

You would figure! Again, I ask, where are the parents here? On their way to a long criminal lifestyle if not stopped now.
