Raleigh, N.C. — The Twisted Fork is celebrating 10 years in business with a reinvented menu and a fresh new concept.
"We have decided to revise the dining concept and bring a new twist to the foods we all know and love,” said Dean Ogan, the owner of Rocky Top Hospitality. “The new Twisted Fork brings together fresh and fun while remaining committed to utilizing locally sourced food whenever possible."
The new Twisted Fork menu will put a fun spin on American favorites, such as burgers, wings, tacos and fresh-baked goods. It'll be affordable too – no item is more than $15. The bakery portion of the restaurant will continue creating homemade desserts, like yummy, oversized "Big Kid" cookies.
We can't wait to try some of the new options, like a savory corn and crab soup and the intriguing "Soccer Mom's Masterpiece Burger," with peanut butter, house-made strawberry jam and double bacon.
The restaurant will close Sunday, Oct. 13, to implement changes. Twisted Fork will re-open Wednesday, Oct. 23.
