— Rocky Top Hospitality, owner of The Twisted Fork at Raleigh's Triangle Town Center, said repairs to the restaurant after a weekend fire that damaged the roof could take "several months."

Twisted Fork Pastry Chef Richard Smith has relocated to Rocky Top's catering venue, 1705 Prime at 1705 E. Millbrook Road and is still accepting orders for custom desserts.

In addition to roof repairs, Twisted Fork will get some interior renovations.
