Tuesday Wrap: Tata says 'ta-ta'
Transportation Secretary Tony Tata abruptly resigned Tuesday, saying he wants to spend more time with his family and on his burgeoning career as an author of military-based thrillers.

In the General Assembly, the Senate gave preliminary approval to a measure that would make "revenge porn," maliciously posting intimate photos of an ex-partner, a felony. Senators said they would look Wednesday at scaling it back to a misdemeanor for people under 18 before taking a final vote on the bill.
Meanwhile, a House committee defeated an effort to allow doctors to choose a lab for blood work and other tests after insurance companies balked at having to pay in-network prices for services from companies that might not be up to their standards.
