    Okay, so if NC is implementing voter ID why would there be a need to have people standing around challenging voters. The voters will have approved photo IDs (not even student IDs) in hand to vote. What would the purpose be of Joe Citizen standing around challenging fellow voters other than intimidation and suppression?

    If you are in line before the polls close... you get to vote!!! Period.
