Trump has already planned two more stops in North Carolina, with the first coming Saturday in Wilmington and the second on Monday at Raleigh's Dorton Arena.

The rally in Raleigh is scheduled to begin at 3 p.m. Tickets are available on Trump's campaign website.

Trump has seized control of a tight race in the state, according to an <a href="https://www.wral.com/wral-poll-trump-charges-ahead-in-nc/16183780/">exclusive WRAL News poll</a> released this week.

In the complaint, a video showed the employee, identified as 22-year-old Cassidy Gill, striking a dog in January and February.
