treeofliphe: Take a wild guess why there is usually more violence near roads named after Martin King Jr.

This does not sound random, but Kinston has been in decline for a long time. The progress that is finally taking place at the GTP is not likely to benefit Kinston economy for a long time. There are much better places for the employees to live only a short drive away.
