Trio allegedly sold drugs from Knightdale barbershop

Three men - two employees and a frequent visitor - were arrested Friday on charges they had been selling drugs from a Knightdale barber shop.

KNIGHTDALE, N.C. — Three men – two employees and a frequent visitor – were arrested Friday on charges they had been selling drugs from a Knightdale barber shop.
Law enforcement officers raided Henry’s Barber Shop, at 2007 Village Park Drive, after a months-long investigation by Knightdale police in coordination with the Wake County Sheriff’s Office.
Barber Jaimeson Blain Rosado, 28, of 101 Country Day Circle in Selma, faces charges of conspiracy to sell or deliver cocaine, possession of marijuana with intent to sell or distribute, delivering marijuana, maintaining a place for the sale or distribution of controlled substances and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.
His fellow barer, Stephen Jamont Blackwell, 30, of 270 Drewery Lane in Spring Hope, is charged with a single count of conspiracy to sell or deliver marijuana.

Pierre Jovan Peterson, 27, of 3204 Tuckland Drive in Raleigh, whom police described as a regular Henry's customer, is charged with selling marijuana, delivering marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell or distribute, conspiracy to sell marijuana, maintaining a place for the sale or distribution of controlled substances and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

Knightdale Chief of Police Lawrence Capps said that although barbershop remained open after the bust, his office was "closely examining our authority and ability to move forward with requiring the business to close."
