RALEIGH, N.C. — Kick your Triangle Restaurant Week experience up a notch with beverage pairings.

Participating TRW restaurants are offering three course prix fixe lunch and dinner menus. Some restaurants have put together beverage pairings to go with your dinner choices. Take a look at some options below:

Bida Manda, Raleigh. Pair wine with fresh and delicious Laotian cuisine for $50. They also have many vegetarian and gluten free menu options.
Bleu Olive, Durham. This Mediterranean bistro is offering a $15 wine pairing option with their $30 dinner menu. It's not all wine though – bourbon is on the menu with dessert!
Caffe Luna, Raleigh. This classic Italian restaurant with Tuscan flair isn't doing a beverage pairing, but they are offering a $12 bottle of Frescobaldi “Remole” Chianti or Danzante Pinot Grigio with two entrée purchases.
Centro, Raleigh. Their dinner menu comes with different drink pairings, including a Blood Orange Margarita and Jimador Anejo tequila and Escazu chocolate, for $40.
Talullas, Chapel Hill. They have prepared at $15 wine pairing to go with traditional Turkish dinner options.
Tuscan Blu, Raleigh. Simple salads and classic Italian dishes pair well with wine! Tuscan Blu put together a $12 wine pairing for their $20 and $30 dinner menus.
Chef's Table Wine Pairings:

Looking for something extra special during TRW? New this year is the Chef's Table – five courses paired with five beverages – at participating restaurants.

Battistella's, Raleigh. Elevated Cajun cuisine gets even better with wine pairings. The $70 dinner includes Heritage Farms Pork Belly, Southern Fried Chicken Creole and Chocolate Truffles to finish.
Buku, Raleigh. Sophisticated "global street food" is paired with wine from across the world at Buku. This $69 dinner includes Crab-stuffed Avocados, PEI Mussels and a Trilogy of Creme Brulee.
Mo's Diner, Raleigh. This simple, $79 menu is perfect with wine. The menu includes Grilled Quail with Brussels sprouts and a Grilled Dry Rubbed Filet Mignon.
Revolution, Durham. A "Treat Me" menu is great for a special night out. It's $75 and includes dishes like Venison Carpaccio, Spinach and Winter Squash Risotto and Whiskey-Raisin Bread Pudding.
Taberna Tapas, Durham. Pair Spanish-style tapas with wine for $60. Small plates include Serrano-Wrapped Asparagus, Clams and Chorizo and Arugula Salad.
