Raleigh, N.C. — Here is a look at the latest opening and closings in the Triangle!
Trali Irish Pub will be opening a second location in Grace Park in Morrisville this month, representatives said. No word on the exact date they are opening. (Thanks for this tip, Facebook poster Leslie!)
Pogo will be opening this summer at the IMAX theater at Marbles Kids Museum. It will be replacing Roly Poly, which closed at the end of last month. Marbles' website says Roly Poly is hoping to relocate nearby. Find out more about Pogo on Go Ask Mom's blog.
Raleigh Brewing Company (3709 Neil St., Raleigh) held its grand opening this past weekend. They are now open seven days a week. Their hours start at noon each day. Just in time for St. Patrick's Day, they will be releasing their Blatherskite Scottish ale during a party on Saturday. They describe it on their Facebook site as a "medium-gravity, full-bodied amber ale with a distinctly sweet caramel-earthy character." The party, which runs 2-10 p.m., will also feature live Irish music.
Dean's Seafood Grill and Bar in Cary will start offering a brunch buffet this Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Some of the items available will include made to order omelets, pancakes, waffles and French Toast. Also look for oysters on the half shell and peel and eat shrimp. They accept reservations. It is $19 for adults and $7 for children 10 and under.
