DURHAM, N.C. — The state Department of Transportation will open the southbound Interstate 85 exit ramp to Duke Street on Thursday, Nov. 18, starting at midnight.
The ramp has been closed for construction work as part of the I-85 widening project.
Also at that time, there will be a 30-minute closure of the northbound lanes of I-85 in the area in order to remove an overhead sign.
