DURHAM, N.C. — The state Department of Transportation will temporarily reduce traffic to one lane on southbound Interstate 85 just south of the Guess Road on-ramp through the U.S. 15-501 Interchange in Durham.
The closure will be in place from 8 p.m. Friday until 6 a.m. Monday.
Also, starting at 8 p.m. Saturday, access to U.S. 15-501 South from I-85 South will be closed. Motorists traveling on I-85 South needing to access U.S. 15-501 South must take Cole Mill Road to Hillsborough Road to 15-501. Detour signs will be posted.
The closure will last until 6 a.m. Sunday.
