Highway 15-501 Project May Last Until 2005

RALEIGH, N.C. — With each passing month, the completion of a $42 million road project moves further into the future.

The Highway 15-501 widening project is expected to drag into next year.

The state Department of Transportation engineer in charge figures the job will not be finished until June, 17 months behind schedule.
